- Deliveries are made from Mondays through Saturdays.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays).
- Most orders in West Malaysia are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled.
- Froscale Trading is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as issues with delivery providers.

- If you haven't received your goods, kindly contact customer service.
- We deliver to West/East Malaysia and Singapore. Penang residents can enjoy doorstep delivery.
- We reserve the right to substitute delivery methods without notice if we cannot deliver to your provided address.
- To update your delivery address, visit the website section before 12 am the day before scheduled delivery to avoid misdelivery. No reimbursements will be issued for incorrect addresses without notice.
- The customer must ensure someone is available at the delivery address. No refunds are provided after delivery. Charges apply for rescheduled or rerouted deliveries based on the recipient's location.
- All sales are final; no refunds are available for any products.
