Delivery across West & East Malaysia and Singapore. Most West Malaysia orders arrive within 1–2 business days; Penang enjoys doorstep delivery.
- Deliveries are made from Mondays through Saturdays.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).
- Most orders in West Malaysia are delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled.
- Froscale Trading is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as issues with delivery providers.
- We deliver to West & East Malaysia and Singapore. Penang residents enjoy doorstep delivery.
- We reserve the right to substitute delivery methods without notice if we cannot deliver to your provided address.
- To update your delivery address, contact us before 12am the day before your scheduled delivery to avoid misdelivery. No reimbursements are issued for incorrect addresses given without notice.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Charges apply for rescheduled or rerouted deliveries based on the recipient's location.
